People staying current through iCare Connect

The hub people open. Staff stay in iCare. Everyone else has one signed-in place to hear from you, and to respond.

What people come here to do

Not another system of record. A clear place to stay current with the organization — and to act when they need to.

News, events & announcements

What the organization needs people to know, published from the tools your team already uses.

Work-order status

Maintenance and service requests people can follow without a call to the desk.

Transactions & receipts

Meals, purchases, and account activity in one view, when you choose to show them.

Dining & ordering

Meals or merchandise from the same signed-in account — no separate storefront to learn.

Documents

Leases, bylaws, and the papers people actually need, available when they need them.

Directories & registration

People search, clubs, trips, and event signup — only the pieces you turn on.

For teams connecting more than iCare, Connect can also be a single sign-in to iCare plus other applications.

A hub for each audience. Or one, shared.

Employees, donors, families, residents, students, and teams do not all need the same portal. Configure one for each group, or combine them. Staff stay in iCare.

Employees & teams

News, work orders, dining, and documents without another system to learn.

Donors & supporters

A quiet, branded place to stay informed — documents and activity, nothing extra.

Families & residents

Service requests, dining, news, and account activity without another call to the front desk.

Schools & campuses

Students, faculty, and families each get a portal that fits. If someone belongs to more than one campus, they choose.

Straight answers

For operators evaluating iCare Connect. These answers are in the page itself.

What is iCare Connect?

iCare Connect is the signed-in communications hub connected to the iCare Solution Suite. Organizations stand up branded portals for employees, donors, families, residents, students, and teams — news, work orders, dining, documents, and account activity — while staff keep working in iCare.

Who is iCare Connect for?

Employees, donors, families, residents, students, and teams — anyone the organization invites. Each group can have its own configured portal. It is not limited to residents.

Can iCare Connect connect to other applications?

Yes. It can act as a bridge to other third-party applications — a single spoke so people sign in once and reach iCare plus connected systems.

Does iCare Connect replace iCare?

No. Staff keep working in iCare. Connect is the people-facing communications hub, configured for each audience.

Can iCare Connect be embedded on our website?

Yes. It can stand alone as a branded portal or drop into the website the organization already operates.

How do people sign in?

Most people sign in with email. Auto-login, kiosk, and badge flows remain available for campuses that need them.
